STANDARD SHIPPING SCHEDULE
Normal orders submitted by 12:00PM CST Monday-Friday will process the same day (may not ship out same day), any order placed after 12PM CST will process the next business day.

FEDEX STANDARD/GROUND

Processing: 1-3 business days
Shipping: Up to 7 business days

FEDEX THREE BUSINESS DAY

Processing: 1-2 business days
Shipping: Up to 3 business days

FEDEX TWO BUSINESS DAY

Processing: 1-2 business days
Shipping: Up to 2 business days

FEDEX NEXT BUSINESS DAY

Processing: 1-2 business days

  • Orders placed on Saturday or Sunday will begin processing the following Monday. Orders placed on a holiday will begin processing the following regular business day.
  • Expedited orders shipping to Alaska and Hawaii will require an additional business day to arrive.
  • Rural domestic addresses requires 1+ additional business day to deliver.
  • Processing time based on items in stock. Customer will be contacted via email regarding out of stock items.

RETURNS

RETURNS OR EXCHANGES FOR ONLINE ORDERS WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED IN PERSON
For any exchanges please place a new order and return the item(s) for a refund.

  • SHIPPING CHARGES: Shipping charges on expedited orders are not refundable

SALE items are not eligible for refund, exchange, or store credit

DAMAGED/DEFECTIVE ITEMS

  • If you receive an item that is damaged, please contact customer service immediately: fishinmission17@gmail.com

RETURN CONDITIONS
All items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and contain all original tags. Once your product is received and inspected, a refund will automatically be applied to the original credit card/form of payment on file and a credit memo will be emailed to you as proof of the refund reflecting back to your account.

  • All exchanges will be processed as a refund back to the original credit card on file. Any exchange or replacement order will need to be placed separately if you are interested in an alternative size, color or style.
  • Return timeframe starts from original purchase date.
  • FISHIN’ MISSION is NOT liable for any items lost in transit. Additionally, customers are responsible for all tracking information on return shipments.
  • Original expedited shipping charges will NOT be refunded.
  • Please allow 30 days for credit too clear once received.
  • Items not returned in 100% resalable condition will be subject to restocking fee (10%).
  • Return policy subject to change without notice.
